PBS Lead: Driving Whole-School Inclusion & Wellbeing

Addington Valley Academy is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Lead to enhance pupil support across the school. This role involves developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans and leading staff training.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised PBS qualification, significant experience with children with additional needs, and strong leadership and coaching skills.
