Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Full Time or Part Time

Location: Cambridge

Start Date: September

Salary: £14.25

Support students on a 1‑to‑1 basis and manage classroom demands to improve learning outcomes.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will help students with learning difficulties and disabilities to become empowered so they can fully access the curriculum and successfully achieve their programme of study.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to students, facilitate classroom management, collaborate with tutors, and support students to reach their full potential in T‑Levels, A‑Levels, or vocational courses at Key Stage 5.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or equivalent relevant subject.
• SEN experience in schools or colleges.
• GCSE or equivalent functional skills L2 in Maths and English.
• Experience supporting college tutors across academic courses.
• Broad experience with personal care and learning support work.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of a T‑Level course.
