The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers with the buying and selling of foreign currency.

• Buying and selling of foreign currencies
• Credit card advances

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and build rapport with customers
• Flair for sales, promotion of products and services, and achieving targets
• Self‑motivated, energetic attitude, and adherence to procedures
• Ability to work under pressure
• Eligibility to work full time in the UK
