Responsibilities
- Serving food and beverage in a professional manner with a high level of customer service
- Executing our service wheel with accuracy
- Checking with guests to ensure they are enjoying their food and drinks
- Presenting our F&B Kiosk and guiding guests on its use
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with bar, host, and kitchen staff in a calm and professional manner
- Striving towards the best possible customer satisfaction
- Executing private and corporate events
- Committing drink and food specifications to memory
- Understanding of our technology and communicating it to guests
- Maintaining health and safety expectations
- Providing informed recommendations based on training
- Setting up for service
- Completing the Clayers Academy curriculum
- Being a brand champion and maintaining expectations and delivery at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passionate about the food & beverage industry
- Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not essential
- Approximately 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated interest and drive for hospitality
- Willingness to improve knowledge and abilities
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an amazing experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and guests
- Honesty with strong moral principles
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and calm performance under pressure
