We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead social growth, content and performance marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to drive acquisition, engagement and revenue through both paid and organic social channels. You will be equally comfortable creating content yourself, analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
You will own paid social strategy and execution across key platforms, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok. Working closely with ecommerce and marketing teams, you will develop high-performing creative, optimise campaigns and scale winning content to maximise return on investment. You will also lead social-first content production, combining mobile-first creation, creator-led content and emerging AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns.
Alongside performance marketing, you will help grow and engage online communities across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. You will identify trends, support influencer and partnership activity, and contribute to the rollout of social commerce initiatives including TikTok Shop and Live Shopping. The ideal candidate will have experience in a startup or scale-up environment, a strong understanding of social search and platform trends, and a proven track record of driving measurable commercial results through paid social.
