We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding farm-ily!

What You’ll Be Doing As Our Kitchen Manager

• Delivering the highest food quality from prep to cook.
• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the kitchen team.
• Managing all aspects of the kitchen health & safety in accordance with the law.
• Keeping the operational costs within budget.
• Working alongside our General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver fantastic customer service.

What’s in it for our Kitchen Manager

• Salary between £37,900 – £39,000 (based on experience and shop type).
• 20% quarterly bonus up to 60%, based on performance and KPIs.
