Red 5 People in Northampton is seeking an experienced support worker to engage young individuals aged 16-24. This term-time only role includes a competitive salary of £23,000 – £27,000, providing support in homes or community settings and facilitating their re-engagement in education.

You will manage a caseload of 10-15 learners, identifying barriers and designing engaging activities tailored to their needs. The role requires flexibility and a valid driver’s license, as you will work across Kettering, Corby, and Wellingborough.
