Wright Estate Agents are recruiting for a part time Property Viewing Agent based at their busy branch in Ryde.
As a key member of the team your main duties would be showing potential buyers around our marketed stock of properties to generate offers and instigate sales as well as being responsible for controlling and conducting all viewings professionally and leaving the property secure.
Ideally, you’ll have a good knowledge of Ryde area and surrounding villages and a reasonable knowledge or proven interest of the property market.
We’re looking for a self-starter, someone who enjoys working independently in the field with an established and highly supportive office team as support.
The successful candidate will be expected to wear smart business attire and have their own reasonably smart vehicle with a car allowance of £0.45 pence per mile.
This part-time position involved working every Saturday with the potential for an extra day in the week by agreement.
Salary is £15 per hour which can be PAYE or a self-employed basis.
Training is also available to fine-tune or refresh existing knowledge of the position for the right candidate.
