Outreach Progression Coach — Youth Housing Support

Broughton Group is seeking four Progression Coaches (Outreach) to support young people at risk of homelessness in the Manchester, Salford, and Bolton areas. This temporary role involves holding a caseload and delivering essential support in the community.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with young people and managing caseloads. The position offers a working schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will last approximately 3-4 months.
