About the Position
You’ll Fit Right Inn
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards.
- Communicate, time‑keep, and organise tasks effectively while collaborating with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
- Work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items in a timely manner and maintaining a clean working station.
- Deliver quality food and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen leadership role.
- Strong communication, time‑keeping, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
