Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors rather than being stuck behind a desk?
The Role
As an Environmental Field Technician, you’ll be responsible for collecting soil samples and environmental data from sites across the region.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role requiring a practical approach, good levels of fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
You will start and finish each day from the Wolverhampton office, travelling to sites using company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Carry out soil and ground sampling activities
- Record site information accurately
- Travel to various locations across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas
- Follow health, safety and environmental procedures
- Maintain sampling equipment and vehicles
- Support environmental monitoring and investigation activities

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy travelling to sites within approximately one hour of Wolverhampton
