Social Housing Painter & Decorator – North Cornwall (Van)

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator for a permanent position in North Cornwall. The role involves maintenance work on social housing properties from Bodmin to Bude, and the candidate must be comfortable traveling within this area.

The position offers a salary of up to £30,000–£33,000 per annum, plus a van and fuel card, along with 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
