Positive Behaviour Support Leader — Coach & Inspire Teams

Voyage Care is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader in Spixworth to enhance the quality of support for individuals with disabilities. This hands-on position involves working with managers and teams to implement person-centred, trauma-informed practices.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, strong communication skills, and an understanding of Positive Behaviour Support. You’ll be pivotal in coaching and ensuring consistent support, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
