What skills and experience we’re looking for
- Teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
- Experience of KS4 GCSE course design delivery and assessment
- Drama assessment at KS3
- Experience of raising attainment in a classroom environment
- Understanding of strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour
- Demonstrate high expectations which inspire, enthuse, motivate and challenge students to achieve their best
- Excellent classroom teacher
- Ability to tailor lessons to student needs
