Role Overview
We require an enthusiastic and energetic Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 2 at St Paul’s. The role supports a creative, engaging and challenging curriculum, helping children develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to become confident, happy and healthy learners.
Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, support learning activities, and foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and excellent behaviour.
Qualifications
- Numeracy/literacy skills equivalent to NQF Level 2.
- NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Full and relevant Level 2 qualification in childcare or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of learner needs and how to support them to reach their full potential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
