Senior Adult Social Worker – Substance Misuse Assessments

Community Care Live is seeking an Adult’s Senior Social Worker to join a Substance Misuse Team in Greater London. This role involves conducting assessments for individuals’ readiness for rehabilitation and working closely with the homelessness team.

Applicants must have a Degree in Social Work and at least two years of post-qualified experience in adult’s social work, ideally with a background in mental health. The position offers a hybrid working scheme with regular management support.
