Counter Manager Designer Fragrances

We are part of the Shiseido Group, and in joining Designer Fragrances you will share your passion for fragrances and delight customers with our brand stories from Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodrigues, Zadig & Voltaire and more.

As part of the group you will be immersed in the luxurious world of our fragrance houses and receive inspiring training on all of our scents. You will work within a network of brands where developing our people is at the heart of our business.

YOUR NEXT ROLE: Counter Manager Designer Fragrances – John Lewis Liverpool (22.5 hours over 3 days per week)

Responsibilities

You will relish the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business. You will ensure customers are excited and engaged through activities around our brands, providing exceptional service and surpassing customer expectations. You will be a true ambassador to all of our brands, ensuring they are presented at their best.
