The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional and supportive kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to progress their career in a well‑structured environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards across all food outlets, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- A genuine passion for food with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event service
