Senior Chef De Partie – French Brasserie

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Chef de Partie at a renowned London restaurant in a busy part of London. Specialising in seasonal French cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is prepared in-house, including the bakery. Working with an extremely talented Executive Head Chef.

Package: £17 per hour, 40 hours a week with a mixture of shifts.

Kitchen team of 10 chefs, serving up to 100 covers.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Chef De Partie, you’ll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section and helping to ensure exceptional standards and a strong reputation.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie looking to step up.
  • A passion for French/European cuisine and high-quality dishes.
  • Reliable and organised to maintain high standards throughout service.
  • Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  • Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week.
