Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Alloy/SMART Technician at Lookers Mercedes in Stoke on Trent. The technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring alloy wheels, performing SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques) repairs, and addressing minor damage on vehicles with precision and efficiency. Other day‑to‑day tasks include ensuring repairs meet quality standards, maintaining equipment, and offering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in alloy wheel repairs and SMART repair techniques
- Experience with equipment maintenance and handling repair tools
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous automotive repair experience preferred
- Relevant training or certifications in automotive repair techniques are an asset
