The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across two channels: self‑service and inside sales. This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. Day‑to‑Day
- You will qualify and route inbound leads through two channels: self‑service and inside sales.
- You’ll spend most of your time engaging prospects via phone, email, and live chat on our website, as well as internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
- Your quota is measured by the number of demonstrations booked and completed. Our current team in this role has achieved ≥95% of their targets each month since starting.

Skills & Tools
Must Have:
- Confident, clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation over email, phone, video conferencing, and in‑person.
- Excellent task organization and prioritization, able to multi‑task efficiently.

- Experience with modern tooling – CRMs, health scoring, live chat, knowledge bases.
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (e.g., Zoom/Teams) and/or physically.
- Patience in an industry where not all users are tech‑savvy.
