About the Role
- Create world‑class customer experiences for every visitor.
- Understand customers from curious children to discerning collectors.
- Combine art of selling with strong product knowledge to meet sales targets and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is welcoming.
- Maintain stock levels and perform replenishment.
- Champion the Harrods Rewards scheme.
- Encourage customer feedback through surveys.
- Fixed‑term, one‑year contract commencing in August 2026.
