Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision.
- Deliver in store services with confidence (e.g., engraving, welding and aftercare).
- Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times.
- Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional personal grooming and presentation.
- Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries).
