We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Repair Shop in Soho. It is a full‑time permanent position with an immediate start date, requiring approximately 30 hours per week including weekdays and weekends. Flexibility in schedule is requested.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the retail and e‑commerce team. Your role will involve educating and informing customers on our products, policies and brand ethos, with a goal of maximizing sales and delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Work toward set goals and KPIs.
- Perform repair and hemming services.
- Assist with weekly deliveries.
- Ensure products are presented according to visual guidelines.
- Maintain an organized stock room.
- Manage the POS system and other applications.

The hourly rate for this position starts at a base level in line with the London Living Wage and can increase depending on experience in the fashion retail industry.
