About the Role
Are you a confident communicator with a flair for sales and a passion for customer service? We are looking for a proactive and personable Telesales Operative to join our friendly team on a part‑time, flexible basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
- Promote and sell our range of medical products
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams
- Follow up on leads and maintain a CRM with accurate and up‑to‑date information
- Work closely with our internal sales and customer support team
About You
- Previous experience in telesales or a customer‑facing sales role required
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Self‑motivated, organised, and results‑driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Interest or background in medical/healthcare products is a plus, but not essential
