Dairy Farm Worker – £13.50 – £15.00 per hour + Overtime + Call Out payments + Seasonal bonuses

The Job: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dairy Farm Worker. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in livestock and agriculture to be part of a well run and progressive dairy operation.

Responsibilities

• Daily milking of dairy herd to a high standard
• Feeding and general care of livestock
• Monitoring animal health and reporting any concerns
• Cleaning and maintaining milking equipment and farm facilities
• Assisting with calving and youngstock care when required
• General farm duties including bedding, yard work, and maintenance
• Working hours based on a rota system, including working the odd weekend on a 2‑week rotation basis. Flexibility required to meet the needs of the farm

Package

• Competitive hourly rate £13.50 – £15.00 per hour
• Overtime rates available
• Call out payments for additional duties outside standard hours

Requirements

• Previous dairy or agricultural experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good level of physical fitness
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for
• Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment
