Sales Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who has a passion for reaching sales targets. My client offers a great bonus scheme with commission.

The Role

  • Logging and inputting of Sales Quotations, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV)
  • Respond with detail and pricing to incoming enquiries and redirect anything technical to the relevant engineer.
  • Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition
  • Occasional support to Accounts department on Credit Control and Purchase Ledger.
  • Answering external phone calls
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests such as ordering stationary, arranging lunch and hospitality details on occasions.
  • Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition.

Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying and printing where required.

Essential Criteria

  • At least 3 years + experience in an office-based sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Experience in using all Microsoft packages
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
