Non-Executive Director: Shape NHS Transformation & Governance

GatenbySanderson is seeking two exceptional Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) for Bristol NHS Group’s Board. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence one of the UK’s significant NHS transformations, as the organisations prepare to merge into a large foundation trust by July 2026.

We seek candidates with strong financial oversight management or public health experience to provide independent judgement and help drive improvements in patient care. This role requires a commitment of 3–4 days per month, with a competitive remuneration package.
