Youth Centre Manager – Lead Youth Work & Building

Ourside Youth Association in Evesham seeks a passionate Youth Centre Manager to lead the only youth centre in the area. This role involves overseeing operations, leading staff, and developing youth programs while ensuring a safe environment for young people to thrive.

Successful candidates will have a recognized youth work qualification and substantial experience of engaging with young people, alongside strong leadership abilities. This is a permanent position offering 30 hours per week, predominantly on site.
