Head of Integration & PMO – Build from Scratch

Stanton House is seeking a Head of Integration for a PE-backed aerospace and defence manufacturing platform to lead the Integration Management Office from zero. This opportunity includes significant board-level exposure and an equity upside tied to value creation.

You will design and run the integration governance, lead multiple integrations, and own the group-wide PMO. Ideal candidates have experience in regulated environments and can operate across all levels of the organization.
