Requirements
- Proven experience in leading Sales teams, with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals
- 5+ years of experience in sales/sales development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and outbound prospecting
- Strong understanding of MEDDIC methodology and its application in pipeline qualification
- Ability to identify key contacts, craft compelling outreach, and drive engagement
- Deep passion for outbound prospecting and sales process optimization
- Experience in Kubernetes, cloud sales, or DevOps is a strong plus
