Enterprise Architect

Hands‑on Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Modelling role focused on organising, structuring and maintaining existing architectural information. The position supports business and technology architecture development, ensuring alignment between technology strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models and roadmaps
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into architecture artefacts
• Create visual models of business processes, workflows and organisational structures
• Ensure alignment with relevant strategies, policies, standards and architectures
• Support capability improvement and performance enhancement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve architecture models and their business value
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across business and technical teams

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ArchiMate (essential)
• Proven experience using BiZZDesign Enterprise Studio (essential – user/modelling experience rather than tool design)
• Good understanding of TOGAF
• Ability to analyse and structure large volumes of architectural data
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience modelling business processes, capabilities, data and organisational structures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tooling
• Military/Defence sector experience desirable, SFIA Level 4
• Strong collaborator with a continuous improvement mindset
• Suitable for candidates with architecture modelling experience, including junior/graduate-level professionals with strong ArchiMate and BiZZDesign skills
• Focus on Business Architecture and user‑facing technology architecture
