Alexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed international data and analytics business on the appointment of a Finance Director.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for building, scaling and leading a global finance function across multiple jurisdictions.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys operating in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments and has experience across:
- PE-backed businesses
- SaaS / DaaS / Information Services
- International finance operations, ideally including the US
- FP&A, reporting and controls
- Treasury, tax and transfer pricing
- Finance transformation and systems
- Investor and board‑level reporting
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Overseeing global reporting and governance
- Managing treasury, cash flow and FX exposure
- Supporting international expansion and tax structuring
- Building scalable finance systems, controls and processes
- Partnering closely with executive leadership, the board and investors
Key requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- 8–10+ years’ PQE
- Previous private equity experience
- Mid‑cap / mid‑market experience, ideally within businesses valued at £100m+
- DaaS, SaaS or Information Services experience within a scaling organisation
- International experience, ideally including the US
