Head of Brand
Fast Growth D2C subscription brand – 3 days a week in Central London.
Role Overview
We are looking to shift from a performance marketing‑led business to a brand‑led business, looking to hire a Head of Brand. The role will own brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns and collaborate across marketing teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience in Brand Marketing for a fast‑growth D2C or FMCG challenger/scale‑up brand
- Experience working for an omni‑channel brand (D2C & Retail)
- Strong experience owning or shaping brand strategy
- Track record of leading integrated campaigns
- Confident in briefing marketing teams and bringing different marketing teams together
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Proven people management experience, managing a team of 4 direct reports and a wider team of 7

- Basic salary from 90k to 100k (based on experience)
