The New Business Client Director will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of business initiatives. You will take the lead in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including research, competitive landscape analysis, cold calling, and setting up client meetings. You will work closely with the Founder on all aspects of business development. You’ll need experience in the events space and a proven ability to open doors with big brands while speaking with authority about branding, design, content, strategy, and conferences. The role involves reporting on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends for management review. Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, and CRM software is required. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The salary is up to £60,000, depending on experience, plus commission on projects brought into the business. Office days are flexible, ideally around two days per week.
