Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Partner to support growth across Telecom accounts, focusing on client relationship management, account development, and revenue expansion. This role combines account management, stakeholder engagement, and support in digital and customer experience transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage relationships across Telecom client accounts
  • Support account growth through client engagement and expansion activities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Participate in governance meetings and client discussions

Account Growth & Sales Support

  • Support account strategy and revenue growth initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in proposal development and bid support
  • Participate in client meetings and support commercial discussions

Customer Experience & Transformation

  • Support initiatives related to customer experience and contact centre environments
  • Contribute to discussions on digital transformation within Telecom accounts
  • Work with internal teams to align solutions with client needs

Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support coordination across teams for account activities and deliverables

Domain Understanding

  • Maintain understanding of Telecom industry trends and client challenges
  • Support account positioning through industry awareness

Required Experience

  • Experience in account management, client management, or sales within Telecom
  • Exposure to managing or supporting Telecom client accounts
  • Experience supporting account growth or client engagement activities
  • Exposure to customer experience or contact centre environments is beneficial

Skills

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to support account growth and client engagement
  • Understanding of Telecom industry
  • Commercial awareness and stakeholder management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
