Overview
A global engineering and outsourcing organisation is looking for an experienced PMO Lead to work directly with the CPO to support a large-scale procurement transformation programme based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic procurement change within a complex, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PMO projects for a major procurement transformation programme
- Provide governance, reporting, and programme controls across multiple workstreams
- Support senior stakeholders in programme planning, risk management, and delivery tracking
- Ensure alignment between procurement strategy and programme execution
- Drive best practice PMO processes across a global transformation initiative
Qualifications
- Proven PMO leadership experience within large-scale transformation programmes
- Procurement or supply chain experience is essential
- Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and global teams
- Excellent programme governance, reporting, and planning expertise
- Experience working in complex, international organisations
