Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

An opportunity has opened for a Senior CNC Programmer to join a manufacturing company based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM with overtime available for those interested.

Key Skills

• Excellent experience in CNC programming
• HyperMILL software experience
• 5‑axis CNC milling process experience
• Able to interpret CAD models
• Experience in aerospace, automotive or similar industries beneficial
• Heidenhain control experience would be a bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop, simulate and send programs using HyperMILL
• Interpret CAD drawings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems
• Verify programs are in working order
• Inspect and quality check components
• Work on 5‑axis CNC machines
