The exchange team develops and maintains a cutting‑edge trading platform with a global presence across APAC, EMEA, and North America. The team aims to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement full‑stack solutions for the derivatives exchange platform across multiple micro‑service components.
- Collaborate with product management to continuously optimize existing models/products and develop new algorithms.
- Participate in code audits, testing, and releases.
- Build a rapidly deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery.
- Identify and solve problems in backend infrastructure and platforms, delivering effective solutions.
- Analyze and resolve cross‑stack issues.
- Work with security to build and operate high‑security, scalable infrastructure and backend services.
- Manage code and functional implementation documents.
- Co‑operate with DevOps to upgrade and improve the technology stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of programming experience in Java.
- Experience at an investment bank, hedge fund, or exchange developing trading applications in equity, FX, or derivatives (traditional or crypto markets preferred).
- Strong understanding of TDD methodology and automated testing.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and committed to high quality work.
- Open to challenges and eager to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑moving industry.
- Derivative product experience is a plus.
