We seek to recruit a A&C Team Lead to work within the Northern Contraception, Sexual Health & HIV Service for Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). The successful candidate will join a dynamic, forward looking and well established service working with teams across Manchester, Salford and Trafford, and will be based at Trafford.
The department provides services in partnership with the local authority, voluntary sector organisations and other agencies that provide health and social care to meet the sexual and reproductive health needs of our local communities.
Responsibilities
- The A&C Team Lead is responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative management of sexual health, contraception and HIV services at Urmston Clinic and a number of spoke clinics throughout Trafford.
- Lead on the management of a team of administrative staff supporting the delivery of a large clinical service delivered from a range of clinical and non‑traditional settings and develop and implement policy for this area.
- Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of clinical services and monitor service performance.
