Community Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

St Margaret’s Hospice Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their Community Nurse Specialist team in Taunton. The successful candidate will be responsible for holistic assessments and delivery of palliative care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
