Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 1 PQE)
A growing and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding disputes team based in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or junior lawyer looking to build a career within a supportive practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality property disputes work, working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will assist on and manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, acting for a diverse client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers, businesses, and private individuals. The work will encompass a range of contentious property issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, lease covenant breaches, boundary disputes, rights of way matters, and residential and commercial property-related litigation.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and Partners on more complex and high-value matters, gaining excellent exposure and hands‑on experience from the outset. The role will also involve direct client contact, drafting legal documentation, attending court hearings where appropriate, and supporting business development initiatives across the team.

Requirements
- Solicitor up to 1 year’s PQE
- Previous experience in property litigation
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
