Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse, high‑quality caseload that offers real technical variety and early client autonomy.
• Probate and administration of taxable and non‑taxable estates.
• Create and register lasting power of attorneys.
• Provide inheritance tax and succession advice.
• Prepare straightforward and complex wills.

Qualifications

• NQ – 2 PQE solicitor or chartered legal executive.
