This role encompasses headcount planning, capacity modelling, and the definition of manufacturing costs, significantly impacting operational efficiency and cost performance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering, proven industrial engineering experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with desirable skills in AutoCAD and CATIA.
