As a Senior Estimator, you will bring proven work‑winning experience in new build affordable housing. The company delivers projects up to £19 million, primarily focusing on affordable housing and residential projects, with some commercial work as well.
Responsibilities
- Meet the estimating requirements of designated projects.
- Collaborate closely with contracts management to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
- Present bids based on site data.
- Re‑negotiate pricing for equipment or materials as necessary.
- Ensure financial accuracy of designated tenders.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Work with the Chief Estimator to enhance processes and procedures.
In this role, you will prepare procurement packages for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive and accurate quotes. You will also support clients with budgeting and seek negotiated and repeat business.
