Role Overview
Account Director – Global Team, London (12‑month fixed term, maternity cover)
Purpose of the Role
Lead the core client team in close collaboration with the Client Lead. Drive day‑to‑day operations across planning, activation, and reporting, ensuring compliance with global processes. Foster collaboration across internal specialist teams to deliver innovative, data‑driven media activations that drive client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local market, client, and planning teams to deliver full‑funnel media communication planning and activations aligned with business objectives.
- Align the team to share insights, learnings, and best practices across regions, preventing silos.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with strategy, e‑commerce, media effectiveness, and channel teams to deliver high‑quality, measurable work.
- Work closely with global partners to evolve JBP opportunities and leverage their capabilities for client growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to refine the client’s media approach.
- Manage a Core Media Team and provide day‑to‑day governance with local teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Media channels (Display, Search, Social) and experience delivering best‑in‑class media strategies.
- Experience on global clients, coordinating networks and achieving high client satisfaction at both global and local levels.
- Hands‑on experience developing and executing full‑funnel media strategies and communication planning.
- Proven leadership ability, supporting junior team members’ career progression.
- Skill in identifying opportunities that enhance client performance and deliver measurable impact.
- French language proficiency is preferable due to client location.
