Incident Manager: 24/7 On-Call Incident Leader

NatWest Boxed Limited is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join their team in Greater London. In this role, you will take responsibility for a key division, facilitating incident management and ensuring timely resolution of incidents, particularly in high-pressure situations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a technology organisation, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle various types of incidents. You will be required to be part of a shared 24/7 on-call rota.
