This opportunity is for a Senior Specialist within a highly regarded international professional services firm, known for supporting major global organisations on complex, high-value work. This role sits at the heart of a global client strategy function, combining client feedback programme delivery with hands‑on support to key strategic accounts. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening client relationships and driving insight‑led business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end delivery of a global client feedback (client listening) programme, including pipeline management and stakeholder coordination
- Produce regular insight reports, analysing client feedback trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Assist with and gradually lead client interviews, developing capabilities in direct client engagement
- Prepare and deliver feedback presentations to senior stakeholders and client teams
- Act as an internal ambassador for client listening, identifying opportunities to expand programme reach
- Manage CRM records and ensure data accuracy across client engagement activity
- Support a portfolio of global client teams, ensuring alignment with wider strategic objectives
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and client‑facing materials, alongside wider BD and marketing initiatives
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or communications within professional services (legal experience highly desirable)
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. InterAction) and handling data‑driven insights
- Commercial mindset with a client‑first approach and strong attention to detail
