Neighbourhood Response Officer

Salary: £39,408 to £45,969 per annum

Location: North London – hybrid working arrangement

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the North London region, including customer visits, viewing and sign‑up appointments
• Identify and investigate tenancy breaches and reports of anti‑social behaviour
• Ensure Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, and report fly tipping and monitor grounds maintenance
• Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, working with local resident groups to develop community facilities, activities and events
• Travel regularly across local regions to meet residents as required
• Collaborate with centrally based teams, internal teams, external agencies and residents

Qualifications

• Ability to travel across the North London region as required
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales during employment
• Confident customer‑focused communication skills
• Basic criminal record check clearance required
