Pathology Project & Analyst Support Officer-LIMS

About the Role

The Cellular Pathology department seeks a Project and Analyst Support Officer to support the upgrade of the Cellular Pathology module of the LIMS on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, maintenance and performance of new and existing IT systems.
• Run user acceptance test scripts to verify the new LIMS against low-level design specifications.
• Manipulate data in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Pathology Systems Manager and Quality Support Analyst.

Required Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Experience with Cellular Pathology systems is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
